Quickstart Checklist

If you want to launch Productized Services fast without skipping critical steps, use this checklist.

It is designed for agency owners and freelancers who want a clean, low-risk setup they can complete in one focused session.

How to use this checklist #

  • Work top to bottom

Phase 8: Go-live readiness #

10-minute pre-launch final pass #

Before opening to paid traffic, confirm:

  • [ ] Product mapping is still correct
  • [ ] Trigger status still matches live order behavior
  • [ ] Onboarding path is obvious in customer account flow
  • [ ] Messaging works in one project thread
  • [ ] Notification delivery still passes test

If all five pass, you are launch-ready.

What to do right after launch #

  • [ ] Monitor first 3–5 live orders closely
  • [ ] Log any friction points and immediate fixes
  • [ ] Adjust only one setting at a time
  • [ ] Re-test after each adjustment

This keeps early optimization controlled and safe.
